The cave – An extraordinary journey into the depths of the earth

Just a few minutes from Grasse

The Saint-Cézaire cave is situated 15 minutes from the town of Grasse, the perfume capital of France. The guided visit, with commentary in both french and english, takes place 40m underground, on a 200m long pathway, accessible by all the family.

At a constant year round temperature of 15°C, we advise you to bring a pullover or jacket, as well as shoes or trainers, as the floor of the cave is damp.

Discover an ever-changing spectacle of underground riches from gallery to gallery : majestic drapery, spectacular stalactites, star-shaped concretions, luminous jellyfish formations as well as a mini concert played on musical stalactites.

There is a free car park, a discovery pathway showcasing typical mediterranean flora, a gift shop, a picnic area as well as 6 hectares of wooded parkland.

Our restaurant, open for lunch all year round, specialises in mediterranean family cooking.
